We are situated in the centre of Florence, just five minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella (main train station), in Via Nazionale 22 (black numbers).


If you arrive by TRAIN, from the platform get the exit on you left hand side (close to the police station) cross the road, turn to the right, walk up to the corner (you'll walk next to McDonald's restaurant), turn left; now you are in Largo Fratelli Alinari. After turning the corner you'll see in front of you the beginning of via Nazionale.


Walk in Via Nazionale on the righ side of the street for about three hundred meters. Please notice that before reaching n. 22 black you'll meet three streets on your right.

The most important monuments of the city are around us,the Duomo, the traditional open market of San Lorenzo, museo dell' Accademia (where you can admire Michelangelo's statu of David), Uffizi Museum, Palazzo dei Congressi, Fortezza da Basso etc.


Little notice of italian culture: black numbers identifies private addresses while red numbers identifies business addresses. Be very carefull!!! Even numbers are positioned on a side of the street and odd numbers on the other side. You might find this romantic but it can be very annoying if you are tired and looking for us!!!! NB: number 22 black is quite far away from number 20 black.....
